Volodymyr Nosov actively cooperates with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine to increase crypto literacy in the country. As part of this cooperation, WhiteBIT and the Ministry of Digital Transformation have developed a free course “Crypto Literacy and Blockchain” that allows Ukrainians to learn the basics of blockchain and virtual assets.

The course was launched in February 2023 and includes more than 100 hours of theoretical and practical materials on topics such as the history of money, mining, smart contracts, crypto wallets, and trading opportunities in the digital asset market, etc. The training is available in two formats: self-paced on the Diia.Digital Education platform and as an extracurricular activity in higher education institutions, and more than 25,000 Ukrainians have already joined.

The initiative promotes technology development in Ukraine and emphasizes the importance of synergy between business and government in achieving common goals.
